ive been using this app with my partner for more than a year and it used to work very well until I switched devices. every app information on my other applications transferred EXCEPT for my noteit account info and now I cannot log back in because I created it using my phone number which it doesn’t let me use for some reason??? despite emailing to the support 4 times they still did not reply back which I found very careless, why do you have a support system if you’re not gonna support when someone needs😭 ive been very upset about my account so pardon my language but I hope they reach out soon
