Great info on health, diet & fitness dosed out with lots of humour
I came to this podcast through Abel James from "The Fat-Burning Man Show" and got sucked in! Vinnie and his co-host Anna Vocino give great information on health, diet & fitness, but do it with a great deal of common sense and lots of humour.
So many podcasters on fitness, healh and/or diet are rather dogmatic. They can come across like it has to be "their way or the highway". Not so with these two people. They will tell you what they think is good for your health, point you in the direction of research backing up their claims, but(!!) the don't push it - when you feel good about what you're doing then by all means keep on doing that.
Although it is a health, diet and fitness podcast it touches on lots of subjects which are not always fitness, health or diet related but always entertaining if not downright interesting.
I went back and listened to all the podcasts they have done. Listenening to them in the car mostly, it has happened to me more than once that I had to pull over I was laughing so hard it was not safe to continue driving.
So, if you're looking for a good, interesting, informative and funny podcast, look no further: you've found it!!

One of the best health, fitness and everything else podcasts!
I absolutely LOVE Vinnie's and Anna's podcast, i listen to it during my runs and when I am out cycling or cross training! Great humour, great rants (love the ones about Starbucks!) and fantastic tips and tricks - even though I am more on the vegan side of things than on the meat-front I adore the show - keep on going!!!
