Guest Daniel Wilinski graduated with a PhD in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Wisconsin in 2015. He completed his postdoctoral training at the University of Michigan in 2024 where he was awarded a National Research Service Award (NRSA) T32 Award and a Pathway to Independence (K99/R00) Award from NIH. Daniel is currently the founder and CEO of Keryx, where he develops breakthrough RNA therapeutics that prevent diabetes at a cellular level. As a fun fact, Daniel taught Biology in Tanzania for 2 years.
