Dr. Javad Ahmadi is a former therapist of mine.

I worked with him during a pivotal period of my life. I had integrated a great deal of suffering within me prior to meeting him. I had tapped into an experience of vibrational harmony. I was deeply connected to who I was beyond my psyche.

Then came Dr. Ahmadi. He helped me meet myself in an entirely new way.

I had spent a great deal of time transcending myself and connecting with source consciousness. Yet, I continued to live as this human called Zack. The ego is not the enemy, it’s a fundamental part of our experience and the vehicle through which we navigate this human experience. Dr. Ahmadi helped me understand Zack. He helped me understand Zack’s dreams (literal dreams). He helped me respect and love Zack. He helped me have Zack’s back.

He taught me that, especially for men, the pathway to self-love is through self-respect. He’s the reason I now run every decision through one simple question: “What will I respect myself the most for?”

And speaking of respect and love. I respect and love this man.
