In this first episode I simply introduce myself and my intentions for The Mellow Mama Podcast.  

After years of simplifying and sharing the work and ideas of so many incredible physicians and experts in the field of conscious living and childrearing online, I've decided to bring it here to the podcast format for more conversation, community and overall accessibility to people and parents everywhere.

My intention is and will always be to give away my take on great information with the hopes of also giving away my experience as a mom, which has been one full of presence, healing, connection, authenticity and joy.  For real.
