In this podcast we talk with Susanna Tella about the importance of education and learning environments for preparing healthcare students for second victim phenomenon and patient safety incidents in the practice. Dr. Susanna Tella is the Chief Specialist in service innovation for health and wellbeing in LAB University of Applied Sciences, with deep experience on Research Development and Innovation area working in the higher education industry. Susanna Tella is also the Science Communication Manager of ERNST Action.

In this series of podcasts we will focus on talking about specific strategies used in healthcare organisations for improving healthcare professionals’ resilience and support after an adverse event occurs.The ERNST, European Researchers' Network Working on Second Victims, is one of the Actions of COST, the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (ERNST – COST ACTION CA19113).
