I’m pretty excited for today’s podcast episode, all about lingerie. I recently asked my Instagram followers if they regularly include lingerie in sexy time, and 39% responded yes. In general, husbands were more excited about seeing their wife in lingerie than wives were enthusiastic about wearing it, which might come as no surprise to you. 

Generally speaking, men are more wired to be turned on sexually by visual stimulation than women are.  However, so many women love to wear lingerie for themselves simply because they feel good and sexy in it. Besides, novelty and newness that lingerie can bring is an important part of keeping your sexual relationship vital for the long haul of marriage,
