Ken is an award-winning technologist, trusted digital transformation leader, and innovation amplifier. He is an author, speaker, and board member known for helping organizations define and pursue their transformation journeys. John is a former U.S. Navy submariner, author, and leadership coach, guide, mentor, trainer, and enabler. He works with leaders, their teams, and their organizations around the globe to help them interpret, understand, and discern information—helping them realize successful results. They are the co-authors of Transact Transform Transcend: Becoming a Thoughtful Leader: Stories from the Journey. In this book, they discuss three types of leaders, transactional, transformational, and transcendent, in order to help leaders navigate and clarify a path toward becoming more thoughtful leaders.
