Rather than seeing failure as something to be ashamed of, Failing Forward Fridays encourages individuals to view it as a stepping stone to success.
By embracing failure and using it as a tool for growth, individuals can become more resilient, creative, and better equipped to handle challenges in both their personal and professional lives.
My friend Dinah Goodman and I are sharing the behind-the-scenes of us creating our events and showing you how to turn your setbacks into success. Success is inevitable if you are willing to put in the work.

I have always been a woman working in a man's world. First, the Army, then as a computer network technician, and now as a martial arts school owner and coach. I have the privilege and the honor to know some amazing women and I want to create a community for women who want to be amazing in the world. This podcast is dedicated to providing the support that women need to find their unique skills and give them a proven system to punch failure in the face.
