Initially I disliked this game very much. I didn’t like the concept of destroying humanity for fun.
Now I have tried the zombie virus and I found it nothing evil at all in playing the game. In fact it is just about strategic planning. I am still the same fair-and-square person.
Improvement: in the “world news” part, could you put some occasional video clips of the panic crowd?

The idea looks promising, but:
1. Only one set of simptoms for all the range of bioagents
2. I dont catch the idea - why I need to pick all the blue bottles? It is not preventing of producing the cure at all
3. The cure cannot be produced for 6 billion sick people in instance. It will takes decades, especially if half of population gonna die. Who will produce it? You're talking about realistic scheme - in the reality if 3-4 billion of people are sick, they will never get needful medical attention.
4. It is strange if 6,4 billion people died and cure was found - you are defeated anyway
5. Mutation and strains idea is not worked out
6. Infectious model is very linear in all cases
7. In the biology cannot be LD100!
Etc.
Would I suggest you include into modelling real infections: Ebola, Marburg, West Nile...?
Good for only a while, but worth the money while it lasted

The game was good (sound + original idea + visually pleasing + interesting topic) for a bit, until you notice balancing is not quite right and becomes obvious after 2-3 games.
I'm leaving this long review because I think this game has great potential. Here is what I think will make this good game into a really awesome one.
* Evolving a new trait suddenly changes the deadliness of the 6 billion affected people - this just doesn't make sense and breaks balancing (infect all, suddenly becomes deadly)
* Able to split up into multiple strains, so player can decide whether to specialize in 1 strain or branch out. Maybe allow different strains to "merge" into a more powerful one too
* Multi-level cure - should have so it's not a black and white thing, maybe some cure specific symptoms of a strain, or reduces it's lethality
* Finding the cure shouldn't kill off the virus nearly immediately, especially in poor or rural areas.
* Un-plague Inc and PvP where 1 plays cure and 1 plays virus

For people thinking that this game is too easy with low replay ability, start the game with different country each time, not just pick an easy one (eg UK). The strategy would be different.

First play: the bacteria burst out in the central africa and then egypt and other countries got inflected. The bacteria kept on mutating and transmitting through birds, water and blood. Fatal symptoms were noted. Killed a billion of people in the world finally. I enjoyed this gaming experience so much.
Sick but fun

The concept is pretty sick to start with but erradicating humanity turns out to be quite strategic. There are a few things that I hope they improve. Killing everyone is a bit too hard and as the game develops we don't get enough DNA points but overall it's worth the money
