I’m a true American. The way I can tell is that I spend most of my time alone. I guess we’re all taking a break from May Day and knowing our neighbors, having friends and building community. Maybe we’re healing.

Or maybe it’s just me. But I think these pictures show that maybe it’s not. We’re all traumatized and atomized. But still pretty dope.

Also, I’m using photography to deprogram myself. It feels better nowadays to get a dopamine hit from taking an interesting photo than a social media feed. So this is my reality feed. From the safety of “shotgun.”
