Die App selber ist super und es funktioniert alles so wie es soll, aber sie zieht so viel Strom... musste heute mein Handy DREI MAL neu aufladen, obwohl ich eigentlich mit meinem Akku fast zwei Tage durchhalte, zusätzlich wird mein Handy (iPhone 11 pro) immer so nervig heiß beim nutzen... Ich glaub da steig ich dann doch lieber wieder zur Website um.

First of all I really like WEBTOON but the recent update makes me really mad. I find the idea of fast pass very nice. If you can’t wait till net week you can pay but daily pass is a joke. First of all it’s to expensive and why should I pay for a WEBTOON that i wanted to reread. I don’t like the recent changes... I am scared that WEBTOON will chose the way of getting as much money as they can and don’t care about their consumers....

As a creator you cannot delete comments of someone else on your comic and in the app you cannot upload or change stuff. Very annoying. When you write the support either nothing comes back or bs

Old iPhone user here.
I have the app since it came out and of course saw all the changes they've made over the years.
Even if I was not always agreeing with their decisions, I haven't encountered anything of annoyance to rate it low.
There are ads on the bottom of a comic episode, but I did not yet see any videos and to be honest, if this is how they keep themselves over water to pay everything and the artist, I friggin' don't have anything against it.
I do not own an iPad, so I cannot tell you anything about it, although I can say there is a support you can write to, helping them to find bugs or other things on the app that have to be improved.
Through a customer's eyes, a lot can be different, so the best thing to do is to reach out.
It really isn't that hard.
Who would want their app to look like sht on any device? If they don't do it on purpose that is.
That is all I can say to my review.

The app does not work for iPad. Bad resolution. Very bad quality. Everything about it sucks. I want to give 0.5 rating if I can. Uninstalled.

Newest ads make the app crash

I have been a fan of the app until today, when in every comic I opened a pop up video ad showed up and upon closing it, crashed the app and therefore now makes it impossible to use.
