The Performance Hub is the OFFICIAL home of HYROX365 Group Training. If you are a HYROX coach, this is THE place to access HYROX programming, benchmark tests and more.
The HYROX365 Performance Hub powered by ONEFIIT is an all-in-one platform for gym operators and coaches with an evergreen library of daily HYROX Training materials. This is the home of HYROX365 Group Training.
Coaches can access eight new workouts each week, as well as hundreds of workouts via the Workout Library.
They can choose from four separate class formats, including :
- Foundational Training:
- Engine
- Power
- Complete Training
Navigate the Workout Library using filter such as workout format, available equipment, duration, and intensity.
The Performance Hub also comes equipped with video resources to support coaches as they work to grow their business, become better coaches, and aim to improve the services they offer their athletes.
Additionally, Performance Hub users have full access to the HYROX Brand and Marketing tools so they can best leverage their HYROX Partnership.
The Performance Hub is easy to use and intuitive, making your experience smooth and hassle free.
All Performance Hub offerings are evergreen and constantly expanding.
