Unusable, no trial and no refund! Basically they scam you out of money for nothing!

I made the subscription in good faith that it would work somehow, but discovered right away that if you take a picture of nutrition values for 100g (which is common) it is recognizing that, but you can’t log actual amounts consumed that aren’t a multiplier of the 100g. So 80g is not possible for example. I have never seen a food logging app where you couldn’t log the actual amount you have eaten. It’s absolutely useless therefore and I deleted the app right away. But I do not get a refund and feel pretty much scammed! Must be a good income getting ppl to pay at least for a month for absolutely no value whatsoever!
Update: writing a response at a time when I could only access the app again if I payed you again, lol… hope ppl don’t fall for that… I sure won’t sponsor you more than I already did!
