For example:
Playing files that are attached in your Mail:
- Open your Mail on your device and download the attachment. Once downloaded, click and hold down the file for a couple of seconds (like a thumb print) to bring up the option to 'Open In...' (open in wmv player). This will immediately open the app and play the video.
Some files are DRM protected and the app doesn't play these. Like other media players, Dolby audio is currently not supported as per their expensive license requirements.
If you come across a file that doesn't play, please email us at support@maccastudios.com, so we can assist you. Normal response time is less than 12 hours. We can't assist you if you don't contact us!

funktioniert astrein. scheinbar sind die leute zu dumm das programm zu bedienen.
wmv files welche man per email erhaelt, muss man mit "oeffnen in" auswaehlen und danach den player auswaehlen. dieser wiederum schickt das file auf einen server, wo es konvertiert wird.
der nachteil ist: man braucht eine datenverbindung und es dauert ein wenig. aber es funktioniert genau wie beschrieben!

Wie so oft.
Kompatibel ist nicht kompatibel.
Leider ist es mir bis jetzt nicht gelungen ein wmv-Film aus dem Internet mit dem WMV-Player App zum Laufen zu bringen.

This app is an alternative browser that is supposed to play (convert on the fly?) Windows Media Video files. On numerous websites I tried this app I haven't managed to play a single video. None of those websites are so called "non piracy preventive". Browser implementation as such leaves much to be desired. Don't waste your money on this app!
