It keeps deleting my progress.

I love the game but everytime I try to play a different route than Levi's (was my first choice), it keeps deleting my progress and sending me back to his route. I even tried connecting with a different E-Mail.
For example, I tried Mason's route got all the hearts, spent all the gems on the special occasions and I still get that I picked Levi for those.
